Refund policy
At MINTYSHELF, we want you to love every purchase. If something isn't right, we're here to help.
Return Window We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date. Items received after this window will not be eligible for a return or refund.
Item Condition To be eligible for a return, items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags attached. Items that show signs of wear, damage, or alteration will not be accepted.
How to Start a Return Email us at support@petalandplum.shop with your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for your return. Our team will respond within 1–3 business days with return instructions.
Return Shipping Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the item received was damaged or incorrect. We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we are not responsible for lost return packages.
Refunds Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email. If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days. Please note that your bank or card issuer may require additional time to process and post the refund.
Damaged or Incorrect Items If you received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us at support@petalandplum.shop within 7 days of delivery. Include your order number and a photo of the item. We will cover return shipping and send a replacement or issue a full refund at no cost to you.
Non-Returnable Items The following items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged: intimates, swimwear, bodysuits, jewelry, and any items marked as final sale at the time of purchase.
Exchanges We do not offer direct exchanges at this time. If you would like a different size or style, please return your original item for a refund and place a new order for the item you want.
