At Tiffany Steigerwald, your satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely happy with your purchase, we are here to help.

Return Window You may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order. Requests submitted after this window will not be eligible for a return or refund.

Item Condition To be eligible for a return, items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags still attached. Items that show signs of wear, damage caused by the customer, or are missing tags will not be accepted.

How to Start a Return To initiate a return, please email us at weemsmighty6352@hotmail.com within your 7-day return window. Include your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for your return. Our team will respond within 1 business day with instructions on how to proceed.

Return Shipping Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to a damaged, defective, or incorrect item. We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we cannot be held responsible for lost return packages.

Refunds Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you by email. If your return is approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Please note that your bank or card provider may require additional time to process and post the refund.

Damaged or Wrong Items If you received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us at weemsmighty6352@hotmail.com within 48 hours of delivery. Include your order number and a clear photo of the item. We will cover return shipping in these cases and resolve the issue promptly with a replacement or full refund.

Non-Returnable Items The following items are not eligible for return: final sale items, items marked as non-returnable at the time of purchase, and any items returned outside of the 7-day return window.

Exchanges We do not offer direct exchanges at this time. If you would like a different size or style, please return your original item (if eligible) and place a new order for the item you want.
