Order Processing All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking information once your order has been dispatched.
Shipping Rates We offer a simple $4.99 flat-rate shipping on all orders, regardless of order size or value. This rate is applied automatically at checkout — no coupon or minimum purchase required.
Delivery Times Once your order has shipped, please allow 7–15 business days for delivery. Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on your location and carrier conditions. We appreciate your patience and understanding.
Order Tracking After your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number. You can use this number to monitor your shipment in real time through the carrier's website. Please allow 24–48 hours after receiving your shipping confirmation for tracking information to become active.
Shipping Delays While we do our best to ensure timely delivery, occasional delays may occur due to high order volumes, weather conditions, carrier disruptions, or other circumstances beyond our control. If your order has not arrived within 15 business days of your shipping confirmation, please contact us and we will investigate promptly.
Incorrect Shipping Address Please double-check your shipping address before completing your order. Tiffany Steigerwald is not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If you notice an error in your shipping address, contact us immediately at weemsmighty6352@hotmail.com. We will do our best to make corrections if the order has not yet been processed.
